I recently discovered a delicious breakfast recipe that is especially tasty when it is cold outside. If you like hot fruits, this is for sure something for you to try out!
- A hand full of berries, I prefer a mixture of rasberries, blue and red berries.
- 3 spoons of he-be power breakfast mix in ‘Apple Pie’
- 1 spoon of oats
- 1 spoon of seeds, I chose pumpkin seeds, chia seeds and hemp seeds. I also added some cacaonibs and dried mulberries for some extra crunch.
- 1 spoon of maple syrup or honey
- 1/2 spoon of raw cacao
Let’s cook it
Put all your berries in a bowl (one that can be placed in the oven). Mix all the dry ingredients together – he-be power breakfast mix, oats, seeds and cacao powder. Then add the sweetener of choise to make you mixture stick together. Your crumble is now ready. Spread the crumble on top of your berries and put it in the over for about 20 minutes (180°C). And last but not least, enjoy!
Tip: You can also just roast the crumble to get a crunch granola.
